This Refund Policy applies to physical products bought from Doctor Lienard, including books, shirts, and sweatshirts.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition where reasonably possible.
How to request a return
Email info@doctorlienard.com with your order email, product name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
Return shipping
The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our mistake.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and order details. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or solution where applicable.
Non-returnable items
- Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items not caused by delivery or production fault.
- Items returned without prior approval or outside the return window.
- Free downloads, free app links, or digital content unless a paid digital product specifically says otherwise.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe after the returned item is received and inspected, or after the damage claim is accepted. Bank and card processing times may vary.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country.
